Back in September I went on a tour and tasting of Bolney Wine Estate in West Sussex. Your shown around the grounds of the impressive estate and spoken through their many methods. I'm no wine expert but I found the tour really interesting. They even make gin there now, so talk through this process too!
The tour takes about an hour and then you get to the REALLY good bit - the tasting! You're talked through four different wines - even a red bubbly (ooooh!). Their process and what food's to pair them with. I found it fascinating as a major foodie who never really understood wine.
